By booking, purchasing, scheduling, or using any service offered by Atlas Alcor Alliance LLC (“Provider”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Services Atlas Alcor Alliance LLC provides educational support services which may include virtual tutoring, academic advising, test preparation, admissions consulting, assessments, and general student success strategies. Specific services are determined after of booking with email confirmation.

By purchasing a LUJEN Tutoring Program session, you acknowledge and agree that the session is purchased as a sponsored tutoring service and may be assigned by Atlas Alcor Alliance LLC to another student at its discretion. All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided except as required by law. Sessions are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be scheduled or reallocated based on student need and availability.

Atlas Alcor Alliance LLC makes no guarantee of academic results and may modify or discontinue the program at any time.

Payment Policy Full payment is required in advance to reserve any session, package, or service. No booking is confirmed until payment is received. All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds are provided for completed sessions, unused sessions, missed appointments, canceled services, or partially used packages, except where required by law.

Scheduling & Rescheduling All sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to Provider availability. One reschedule request may be granted without penalty if submitted in writing or via portal at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session. Requests made with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the session and all related fees

Lateness & No-Shows Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrival will reduce the total available session time. If a student arrives more than ten (10) minutes late or fails to attend, the session will be treated as a no-show, canceled, and forfeited without refund or makeup time. Client Responsibilities Clients and students are expected to arrive prepared, on time, and with all necessary materials. Academic progress depends on student effort, attendance, participation, and follow-through.

No Guaranteed Results Atlas Alcor Alliance LLC does not guarantee any specific academic, testing, admissions, scholarship, or performance outcome, including grades, GPA increases, standardized test scores, or acceptance into any school or program.

Communications & Records Email, invoices, scheduling confirmations, intake forms, and signed digital documents may be used as valid business communications and records of bookings, approvals, notices, payments, and agreed terms. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Alcor Alliance LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of services. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
